A primary objective of the estate planner is to secure to the client during his or her lifetime the maximum economic benefits available from the ownership or use of his or her property while enabling transfers of such property to family members or other beneficiaries, including charities and trusts, with optimal tax savings and minimal transfer costs. • Craig T. Trebilcock spoke on "The Continuing and Positive Role of Immigration in Shaping our Society and Economy" at the YMCA/YUSA Expo 2007 in Dallas, Texas on May 15.
• Keith A. Clark presented a talk on "How to Conduct an Effective New Directors Orientation Training Program" at the Pennsylvania Association of Community Bankers Directors' Conference at the Hotel Hershey on June 7, 2007.  He then facilitated a panel discussion by representatives from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Office of Thrift Supervision, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia at the conference.
• On June 18, 2007, Keith A. Clark presented "A Report on Current Challenges to the Credit Union Industry in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania" at the Pennsylvania Association of Community Bankers Legislative Conference.
• On June 19, 2007, Keith A.
